In France, in addition to the basic European substances, natural preparations of low concern (PNPP) composed of natural substances used as biostimulants may be used: The list of permitted plants and plant parts is established by the amended decree of April 27, 2016, and the conditions for their preparation are set forth in the specifications annexed to the decree of June 14, 2021.
