Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ)

Extract of fermented sap from fast-growing tender shoots

Biostimulants Fermentation

Fermentation

Biological transformation of the plant material by microorganisms (yeasts, bacteria) in total or partial absence of oxygen, releasing and transforming active compounds over a longer period than the other techniques (days to weeks).

Process summary

1) Chop the plant material and submerge it in water, in a wide, non-airtight container (to let gases escape). 2) Stir daily during fermentation. 3) Let ferment from several days to several weeks, depending on ambient temperature, until it stops foaming. 4) Strain and dilute before use — the undiluted product can be very concentrated.

🟠 Not prohibited

A dark, aromatic liquid rich in enzymes, plant hormones, organic acids, and microorganisms, obtained through the osmotic fermentation of tender sprouts with brown sugar. It stimulates vegetative growth, rooting, and microbial activity in the soil.

Application

Application description: Apply diluted in water (1:500 to 1:1000) by watering the soil or spraying the foliage, preferably at dawn or dusk. Repeat every 7–10 days during the vegetative growth phase, avoiding application during flowering due to its growth-stimulating effect.
